After the wars : reconstruction in Afghanistan, Indochina, Central America, Southern Africa, and the Horn of Africa

The end of the Cold War is reverberating far beyond its European theatre–in the killing fields of Afghanistan, Indochina, Central America, Southern Africa & the Horn of Africa.
